Not loving oneself, not loving one's own destiny (fate), as well as the desire to stop living, are very dangerous. This program is invisible, it is difficult to be aware of and evaluate correctly. It can take the form of losing the meaning of life, losing faith and hope, self disappointment, disappointment with the people close to them, total inner passivity and unwillingness to do anything, giving up dreams and high desires. "If a man thinks badly about his future, he is actually killing himself slowly, already." This mechanism has been noticed by many psychologists, who have all begun to advise us otherwise, something like this: “You always have to talk and think positively about your future. You have to dream of a beautiful and positive future. You have to keep repeating that everything will be fine and that all of your wishes will come true”. But when my patients came to me and asked me if they could do that, I just shrugged. And I was telling them that in this I see the same destruction of the future. Later, I realized that you can't cut love in two. He who hopes to see only good in the future and does not receive it, will see only bad in the future. Because we must not aspire to the future, but to love and love is made up of pain and joy, simultaneously. Therefore, we must believe in our feelings that make us dream of something and aspire to that something, but we must understand that in the future, we will have not only joy, but also pain. And this is absolutely normal. If a man worships only positive emotions, if he idolizes happiness and pleasure, then his soul immediately merges with the object of his pleasure and wants to make it eternal. When our illusions fail to materialize, that is when the loss of the meaning of life, the disappointment of everything, the renunciation of any actions or trials and the slow death appear. You must love your loved one, but you must not bow down to them and depend on them innerly. You can only worship God. The more strongly our soul merges with the soul of the other, the faster we forget God and the more painfully we accept the deprivation of happiness and pleasure. Remember the words of Christ: "And the enemies of man are in his household.". The greatest pain can be caused by the one we love the most. Losing the aspiration to God, we fall into the state in which the pain of the loved one becomes unbearable. We cease to understand that this pain is the purification of our soul and the return to Divine love. Not wanting to accept this pain as a lifeline, we begin to feel jealous, offended, condemned and then we fall into apathy and no longer want to live. And we also transmit this inner state to our descendants.
